Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to insert more than the 3 default sheets in a spreadsheet. When I go to the Insert tab, Sheet is grayed out and cannot be selected. Anyone know what's causing this, and if I can insert a 4th sheet?

Go to the Insert menu and choose Sheet… In the window which opens, choose the position and the number of sheets you want to insert and click OK.

Or Ctrl-click (right-click on a multi button mouse) in the sheet tabs area at the bottom left of the document window to bring up the contextual menu.. Insert sheet... is the top entry.
If neither work, it is possible that you have inadvertently protected the document. Check under Tools>Protect Document settings.

...or ctrl/right-click on one of the sheet tabs and choose Insert Sheet (does exactly the same as Insert->Sheet in the menu).
