I've downloaded patch 7 but when I try to open it to finish setting it up it keeps telling me to close NeoOffice first before continuing. I did so, but it still keeps giving me the same message. How else can I install it?
Thanks. |

You can find instructions for Patching Issues on the NeoWiki
Also be sure you "Quit" the application and did not just "Exit" |

Also, make sure another user on your Mac (if you have multiple user accounts) does not have NeoOffice open.

I do not mean to sound pedantic, but have you quit the application rather than close all the windows?
If you are a new mac user straight from Windows, this may seem illogical at first, but on the Mac, most application stay open until you specifically kill them. Helps with the startup time if you have enough RAM.
Best wishes,
