Hi
Was unable to print (job did not queue) or print to pdf using Apple's Print dialogue under 2.2.2 patch 1.
Installed 2.2.2 patch 2 and now can only print the first NeoWriter document per session of NeoOffice. First document prints using File>Print or by the Print Direct Icon.
Any subsequent file will not print at all.
NeoOffice must be quit and re-started to print again.
Any thoughts yet following the issue of the patch?
There are no printing issues with any other apps on the machine, singly or when queued up.

Another user has reported this as Bug 2755. I would suggest that you add yourself to the CC list for that bug, so you can be alerted to test patches. Note that Bugzilla registration is separate from trinity registration, so you will need to register there if you have not already.
You should read the Bugziilla Guide in the wiki before posting in Bugzilla.
I haven't printed much since the last patch, but I'll be printing later this morning, so I'll see if I can reproduce this.

Since you are using 10.3.9, you are likely experiencing bug 2755. A test patch with a fix for this will be available within the next day so add yourself to the CC: list in that bug and you will get notified when the test patch is available.

I'm glad we were able to help. I was able to print two consecutive documents yesterday, but I'm using Mac OS 10.4.11. Sounds like it's probably a 10.3.9 issue.

Correct. It is a bug that only occurs on 10.3.9.

FYI. I just posted a test patch at the end of bug 2755 that fixes this 10.3.9 bug.

Just installed the Test 3 patch and the problem is gone from my eMac (OS 10.3.9)
With 3 files open in NeoOffice 2.2.2 Patch 2 (Test 3) the files queued and printed in order without issue

I'm glad I found this forum! I had also printing problems with my Mac OSX 3.9.
Now I've installed the test3 patch and I can print again!
