Adding files to the Gallery?

I am a newbie (6 weeks into my Mac experience), have searched Google & this forum but am still lost. I am trying to add clipart to the gallery as described here http://neowiki.neooffice.org/index.php/Using_Clipart .

I can't see a files tab in NO 2.2.2 patch 8. Perhaps I am hiding a toolbar I need to enable (I looked around for a while but did not see any option that looked applicable).

My question -generally- is: how do I make NO aware of clipart (jpg, gif, wmf, etc) that lives on my drive?

The files tab is not on a toolbar. It is in the "Properties of the New Theme" window that appears when you click on "New Theme."

Near the top center of this window are two tabs (they look more like buttons) that are labeled "General" and "Files." Click on the one that says "Files" and you should see the other controls you need.

I am guessing from the instructions and from having just tried the process that if you add new images to the folders in question after following these instructions, the new pictures won't show up in the gallery.

Thanks for the help... I found may way into the properties.

I also managed to show all images in the new theme:

Click New Theme
Click Files
Click Find Files
Navigate to folder containing files
<files will display, may take a while>
Highlight/select all files (may take a while, i.e. select first file, press shift, scroll to and select last file)
Click Add all (may take a while)
Click OK
Clipart will show in that theme now
