The solution is built into OSX - call up the print dialogue, and then choose the Layout option, where you can select 1/2/4/etc. slides per page.
If you don't see the dropdown where the Layout option is, click on the down-triangle to the right of the printer name - then it's the one beneath the Pages selector when you've got the big version of the Print dialogue on screen.

If you select the 'Handout' tab in the presentation window it gives you the opportunity to create handouts with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 slides per page. More information is available under 'Printing Presentations' in NeoOffice Help. ![Smile](modules/Forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif) |

I didn't notice that option. not being a slideshow mavin - but the advantage of using Layout in the print dialogue is that with 2/4/6 up on a page, the orientation is arranged for the biggest possible images per page, whereas in Handouts the images are often quite small with a lot of white space. If it's just for vague reference it doesn't matter, but if you want to be able to read what's on the slides, it does.

A most elegant and simple solution, padmavyuha. I would like to use this* in the volume 2 of the Neo user guide, which Jacqueline and I were working on when she died, but which I hope to have finished soon.
