I do not understand your requests. Here is how I do what you describe. Are you trying to do something different?:
1. Delete cells by highlighting the cells and pressing the Delete key.
2. Create a new table by selecting some cells and then copy and paste them elsewhere in the document. Then delete the cells that you have copied.
If you would like to see options that are found in a spreadsheet in a text document, embed an OLE object in your text document using the menu Insert :: Object :: OLE Object. In the dialog box that appears there is an object type for NeoOffice Spreadsheet.
Please provide us with some more information if I have misunderstood your request.

1. Delete cells by highlighting the cells and pressing the Delete key.- Contents will be erased, but I want to delete entire cell with borders.
2. But if the table is so large? It's better to create "split table" menu, than copy-paste the rest of the giant table.
Next request is to assign more shortcuts in "Table menu". It'll become possible by "macro", but it's to hard to assign shortcut for macro

I do not think this is possible in a table, maybe merging the cells would help. Otherwise it may be better to insert a spreadsheet as I mentioned in my previous post.

In Writer the Table :: Split Table allows you to split a table into two separate tables. Is that what you are trying to do? If not, what exactly are you trying to do?

What I have been trying to do is come up with some workarounds for you because, unfortunately, our very limited funding and developer resources limits the current scope of the NeoOffice project to keeping a native version of OpenOffice.org running on Mac OS X and adding OpenOffice.org features is outside that scope.
You can file a feature request in the OpenOffice.org issue tracker to get it on the radar of the core OpenOffice.org developers and if they create the feature, the new behavior will get included in a future release of NeoOffice:
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html
Note : our advice is to not mention NeoOffice as mentioning NeoOffice may cause OOo volunteers to accidentally close it without actually reviewing your feature request.
