Wish to future NO to be able to replace some invisible symbol e.g.: paragraph, section break etc. by another kind of symbol (#, letter or other invisible) is needed.
MS word can do it from even in oldest versions  |

Thanks it's helpful, but it's better to enter invisibles in their usual appearance, without "decryptions" |

That aspect of using find and replace is a "feature" of the underlying OpenOffice.org code. The NeoOffice project does not have the resources in money or people to make such a massive change.
And older versions (at least) of Microsoft Word required a similar--though not identical--"code" for such invisibles.
