I am driving a MacBook with Neo Office. if I download a .doc file, it always tries to open with MS Office crap. Is there a way to set NeoOffice as my default, go-to-guy for that kind of stuff, so I see no MS stuff, even my try-for-30days viral-scum? Not that I dislike MS...

Please follow the steps in this article in the NeoWiki, Setting the Default Application.

Does that set NeoOffice as the default application for .doc files?
