Intelligente Tabelle in Neooffice ?

Hallo,
kann ich in Neooffice ein intelligente Tabelle erstellen? Ich will das die neue Tabelle, die geöffnet wird automatisch feste Konstanten aus der vorhergehenden Tabelle übernimmt.
Ich muss jeden Tag einen Bericht schreiben und der muss jeweils gewisse Daten vom Vortag enthalten...
Freue mich über Vorschläge.

I do not understand what you mean by "yesterday's data" and what changes you want to make to that data.

Can you list the steps that you currently use to make your reports?

Hi Patrick,

here´s an example. On monday i have totally sold 34 iMacs. Now i open my List on Tuesday and i have a column "previous sold" where i want to have automatically put in the value "34" from monday. When i know sell 5 iMacs on tuesday i want it to add the previous 34 with the actual 5 and put the 39 in the "totaly sold till today" column. and so on for wednesday and thursday...

I wonder if the DataPilot function could work for you. I mocked up spreadsheet with a DataPilot table in it.

I used steps I found in this OOoForum post. There is also information about DataPilot in the NeoOffice User Guide which is linked in the lefthand column of this page.

Following are the steps I used to create the DataPilot table:

1. Select the range of data plus empty cells towards the bottom of the column to allow for future entries.

2. Select the menu Data :: DataPilot :: Start

3. Choose Current Selection in the popup window Press OK

4. In the DataPilot dialog window press the More button

5. Drag the Number Sold box from the right to the Data Fields area

6. Set results to New Sheet

7. Uncheck Total columns

8. Check Ignore empty row

9. Press the OK button

To update the total, place a number on Sheet 1 for Wednesday's sales, for this example 11. Go to DataPilot_Sheet1_1 and place your cursor in the DataPilot table. Select the menu Data :: DataPilot :: Refresh. The total should change from 39 to 50.

I have attached the spreadsheet with the DataPilot table in it so you can take a look at it. You will probably have to experiment a bit to find the solution that works best for you, but I hope this gives you something to start with.
