FYI. In order to enhance password security in the NeoOffice Mobile database, I have changed the algorithm that we use to encrypt passwords in our database. We do this encryption so that, if a hacker is ever successful in breaking into our database, the password that they obtain will not be usable as it will it is not decryptable. Even we cannot decrypt your password.
I have updated the passwords in our database by running the existing encrypted password through the new extra steps in our algorithm. With this update, you should be able to login with your existing password.
If your existing password no longer works, please use the Forgot Password? link to try and reset your password. If after resetting your password you still cannot login, please let us know and we will investigate.
