I am using Flock 2.5 web browser. Whenever I try to navigate hot links in my NeoOffice documents I get an error saying "NeoOffice could not find a web browser on your system"! What can I do to correct this?

Have you verified that Flock has configured itself as your default web browser correctly? All that NeoOffice does is ask Mac OS X to open a URL with whatever your default browser is. NeoOffice does not know what your default browser is and merely offloads the interaction with your default browser to Mac OS X.
To test if your Flock is the problem, try the following steps:
1. Launch the /Applications/Utilities/Terminal application.
2. In the Terminal window, type the following command and then type a space after the command:
/usr/bin/open
3. Copy and paste the URL from NeoOffice into the Terminal window and press the Return key.
Does the command open the URL in Flock? If not, look for any output in the Terminal window as you will then need to use that output to figure out what is misconfigured with Flock.

Is this "Flock 2.5 web browser" selectable in Safari's list of browsers, that you choose to select as your default web browser on the Mac?
In Preferences of Safari, General section, there is a pop-up menu for you to choose a default browser other than Safari. Try selecting the browser you want to automatically open "web files" for/with/in.
Also, just check or re-enter settings that may just need a "push", like actually really re-entering specifics for setting either in NeoOffice Options or Safari, etc.
