I am attempting to copy from one cell to another. I put in the formula =A2 to copy in to B2. I get the formula instead of the actual value. In format cells I picked number and then general. |

I can see it in preview not in normal editing. Problem solved.. |

I can see it in normal editing - if I correctly understand what you are saying. Another user has reported a similar issue.
You could try selecting Tools::Options... and then click NeoOffice Calc in the left hand column and then select View. In the View pane make sure the Formula check box (top right in the Display section) is unchecked. _________________ MacBook Pro
