I have the latest version of neo office and when I try to start it from its logo it doesn't start. I have to click on it for a several time (10 to 12 times) to start the program.
Could you please help me in order to resolve this problem.

Please use Finder to go to your Applications folder (or wherever your NeoOffice application is stored) and select NeoOffice and then choose File::Get Info and confirm which version is shown in the Get Info window.
