If you are using NeoOffice 3.0 or NeoOffice 3.0.1 Early Access, you can download language packs from the following URL:
http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/earlyaccesslangpackdownload.php
There are two different Chinese language packs so use to your web browser to search for the one that you want:
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese

Thank you for your reply. I have it installed.
The list showed "Traditional Chinese" rather than "Chinese, traditional" So I missed it the 1st time. Because it is not under "C" in sorting order.

Since listing "Traditional Chinese" in the "T" section and "Simplified Chinese" in the "S" section really does not make any sense, I have updated our language pack download pages so that now the both Chinese language packs are in the "C" section.

Many people will be so appreciative for your changing the list for Chinese to be under "C" in the sorting order .
