Patrick, do we need to download fresh language packs when upgrading from 3.0.1 EA to 3.0.1 - or can we just install the ones we downloaded for the EA version?

The NeoOffice 3.0.1 Early Access and NeoOffice 3.0.1 language packs are identical so either can be used with NeoOffice 3.0.1.
Also, if you installed a NeoOffice 3.0.1 Early Access language pack and then upgraded your NeoOffice 3.0.1 Early Access installation to NeoOffice 3.0.1, the NeoOffice 3.0.1 Early Access language pack files should still be there and you should not need to reinstall any language packs.

IIRC, the EAP and 3.0.1 language packs are also the same as the 3.0 language packs. All drawn from OpenOffice.org 3.0.1
Best wishes,
