I've tried to download NeoOffice 3-1.0.2 and get the following message: "The operation couldn't be completed. (Safari Error Domain error 2)"

This is on a Mac laptop (Snow Leopard). Any suggestions?

I did a quick Google search and it looks to me like a problem many people have had when attempting to download many different things. i.e. it's not the NeoOffice website that is to blame. I would suggest:

1) Try a different browser if you have one installed: Firefox or Chrome.
2) If you are using Wi-Fi, try a wired connection instead.
3) Try connecting directly to your internet modem (bypass anything like an Airport Extreme or other router.)
4) Try a different network (either public Wi-Fi or the net connection of a friend.)
5) If you have a BitTorrent client, try the bit-torrent version of the download on the NeoOffice downloads page. This will make it possible to resume partial downloads.

Another alternative to djpimley's list is to use the "cURL" Terminal command. If your network connection fails during the download, the cURL command will stop and you can resume downloading at the point where the network connection failed by rerunning the same cURL command.

The cURL command is very lengthy so I cannot fit it in this post, but to use the cURL command, go back to the NeoOffice download page and when you get to the page with all of the alternative mirror links, scroll to the bottom of page to the "Problems?" section. That section has a link to the cURL download instructions page.

Thanks to you both. I tried using FireFox instead of Safari and it worked fine.
