I just donated 20 € to use NeoOffice mobile but I had not create password and user id before. Now I can't open The program or ente it: what should I do? Anybody can help, please?
It is not problem if you donated before you created a NeoOffice Mobile account. Just create a new NeoOffice Mobile account and set the new account's e-mail address to the same e-mail address that you gave PayPal when you donated.
Does that work for you? What should happen is that NeoOffice Mobile will use your account's e-mail to look up any donations that you have made using that same e-mail address in our donations database.
