In all versions of LibreOffice Calc, copying will cause an animated border to appears around the selected cells. This animated border stops if different cells in the same document are selected and copied. However, if something is copied from a different document or a different application, the animated border will not automatically stop.
We have fixed this bug so that the animated border will automatically stop when something is copied in a different document or a different application. You do not need to wait until the next NeoOffice release to get the fix. You can get the fix now by downloading and installing the following test patch:
