THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THE WEB MASTER/MOM...I COULD USE YOUR HELP - I’M LOST IN A “PASSWORD” HELL!

OK I’ve gotten this far - where do I start...

First off I’ve requested either my password or a new password for my current account again and again with no results! I’ve had to build a new account just to be able to sent this plea...

My current (OLD) account (the one I hope to keep) is r.ramsowr@sbcglobal.net and the nickname is/was “thefireguy” and when I try to sign in - the system tell me that I‘ve got the wrong information and when I request new information (password) - it tells me it has sent the information to me - which doesn’t get to me. It (the system) also tells me that my e-mail address is an active account - it’s like I’ve walked into a loop of data and I can’t get out - MY OWN SPECIAL CATCH22 SO TO SPEAK - HELP

SO PLEASE ADVISE ME AND WHILE YOUR AT IT SEND ME AT THIS E-MAIL - .ramsowr@sbcglobal.net - A NEW PASSWORD SO I CAN AGAIN USE MY CURRENT (OLD) ACCOUNT - THANK YOU

I TRUST everyone understand this is not my normal way of speaking to a web master but I’m starting to get a little nutty - I trust everyone else understands!
