I have tried to log in three different times with the exact user name you see above as well as the PW I originally set and you confirmed via email; but to no avail.
I even resorted to requesting a new password and nothing has arrived into my email account in the past hour.

Sometimes the new password feature does not work for certain users, the reason is really mostly unknown. PM me the password you want for the account or e-mail (openstep at neooffice dot org) and I'll see if I can help you get things up and running.
I'm actually away for the weekend in the city attending whitehouse concerts and operas so please understand that there'll be a lag time until monday-tuesday before I can address it .
