Hi,

I get this error while compiling "ucb"

Code:

=============
Building project ucb
=============
/neooffice/ucb/unotypes
dmake:  Error -- `/neooffice/solver/645/unxmacxp.pro/bin/types.rdb' not found, and can't be made
---* TG_SLO.MK *---

ERROR: Error 65280 occurred while making /neooffice/ucb/unotypes
dmake:  Error code 1, while making 'build_all'
---* TG_SLO.MK *---

What's wrong?

Looks like you ran into the same problem as in the thread I started in the NeoOffice/J Development forum named "Unable to Build HEAD". I've been unable to build Neo/J on either Panther (10.3.9) nor Tiger (10.4.0/10/4/1). This stops at the udkapi module/project. I am able to build OOo1.9_M110. This is very furstrating. Do you or anyone out here have any idea what I can do to get past this?

Just a note (I've been occupied with a friend's wedding this week and not had time to really respond to anything)...

The original post was from 2004 and regarding NeoOffice/C. I never got this error myself, but by that point I was not doing any maintenance work on it any longer as it was clear the Cocoa approach was going to be a pain to move to 1.1 and get working while Patrick had made such astonishing progress with the Java version. Yay disciplined engineering!

I leave the old NeoOffice/C forums here more for historical reference. I haven't bothered spending time to figure out how to make them all "read-only", but that's all that it is. NeoOffice/C is dead. The source is still in CVS for those interested, but it hasn't been compiled in years.

Strange, this popped up as a new message as of the last two days.

Sorry for the confusion.

See my other posting for updates.
