As a side effect of the bug 142 I've just filled, I thought I'd report this "might not be obvious at all" trick here, even if it's a rather kiddy concern as is icons stuff.
If you want (or maybe need, see the bug report) change the UI font:
- Open the Font panel in the Options window
- As original font, type "Andale Sans UI" (you'll NOT find it in the popup list, that's why).
- As replacement font, select you favorite font. I suggest using "Lucida Grande", not only because it is the OS X default font but also because it displays most unicode characters.
