Tried to make a donation today. System insisted on forcing in Paypal. 1st attempt was not accepted said something was missing when everything was there! 2nd attempt - accepted - or seemed to be then screen disappeared - no confirmation - nothing. Do not know whether processed or not. Most difficult of all c/c entries!

Sounds like you have cookies disabled. PayPal really needs cookies enabled but fails to give you any hint when you have them disabled.

Are cookies enabled in your web browser's preferences? If they are, are you directly connected to the internet or are you behind a web proxy (it is becoming more common for corporate web proxies to filter out pages or restrict upload on form data)? Lastly, if you are using Safari as your browser, try selecting the Safari :: Empty Cache menu as Safari has a very nasty habit of caching pages and not fetching a page from the web server.

You can send a check or money order in U.S. dollars to us. If this is an acceptable option, then send an e-mail to the e-mail address listed on this page.
