Soon it is Christmas and I have two wishes:
First and most important, if it is possible make floating palettes work like in Lotus Word Pro. Allways at hand and you can work in the document and easily make changes without going to the menus or buttons all the time
Second: is it possible to make something like MS Entourage? I don't like MS programmes normally, but I have found this "center" really useful. It's a pity one can't integrate Neo Office in it.
Thanks for a great but a little slow starting programme.

Unfortunately, the current scope of the NeoOffice project is limited by resources to keeping a native version of OpenOffice.org running on Mac OS X.
While the developers have been able to occasionally add new features, those features have usually been specific to the Mac platform (e.g. support for the Mac Address book and spellchecker). The features you would like to see would mean a major rewrite of huge portions of the OpenOffice.org code.
An entourage like feature is already being considered by the OpenOffice.org developers. See this thread at the OpenOffice.org Community Forums.
If can say more about the behavior you want to see from the floating pallettes, we might (or might not) be able to help you find a work around.
