TPT As usual, it didn't need much.
I do have a couple of questions, though, about this section:
Quote: | Setting the Page Breaks
* Choose the View menu, then select Page Break Preview.
* Blue lines show the page breaks. You can move a blue line with the mouse to set the page break to a new position.
* To return to the usual display of the sheet, go to the View menu and click on Normal. |
As it happens, I needed to print a multi-sheet calc document the other day, and needed to adjust the page breaks. I found that only manually entered page breaks showed up as blue lines in Page Break Preview. "Soft" page breaks imposed by Neo due to page size and margin issues show up as thin black lines and are not adjustable, unless you adjust the size of the cells in question. (Neo will always break between cells, so if the cell is too wide to fit in the remaining space, Neo will put a page break before it.)
Also, it might be a good idea to specify how to add manual page breaks.
I can make both adjustments to the English article, but I wanted to run it by you first in case I am missing something.

Thanks for having polished
I don't understand exactly your problem with the "blue" lines. It's true that the column breaks you insert manually are light blue, and the breaks imposed by Neo are a bit darker, but they are blue (OK the difference is not very obvious!) . But I can move the both without problem, except that the break is always between cells, and you may need to resize a column, or a row, to adjust the page break as you wish.
Sounds like I'm missing something
Jacqueline

You're right. My memory was faulty. The Neo-generated page break lines are thin and black in the Normal view; they are blue in Page Break Prevew.
I was mixing up the two views, as well as being influenced by the fact that I had no luck the other day removing a page break.
Sorry to raise a non-existant issue; at least I got Anomaly status out of it!

Anyway, it's a good idea to write a note to specify how to add manual column or row breaks.

See the question in this thread
