I'm surprised anyone even bothered writing that up...it's like writing a tutorial on how to create a new spreadsheet in Calc Razz

A lot of the things you post are interesting and useful, and bring simplicity to things that, unfortunately, are complex processes in the OOo codebase.

The content of this particular article didn't seem like it was at that same level; as I said, I was surprised the author wrote it, given that the information is contained in Help and is coherent.

I'm sorry I offended you; I certainly didn't intend to.

Smokey

Smokey - that is OK.

I will have a glass of wine vs. posting here at Neo about possible useful stuff.

I am happy, and you do not take it the wrong way - sounds good to me.

Makes things easier on me. Less help to Neo.
No problems!

I was in Chicago so missed the original post, but as far as I am concerned all info and external links are welcome Smile

If anything they serve not only to find what people find confusing and also to revisit things from the past. Even if duplicates of things from the past they help make me think how they're relevant now or how things have evolved to address the problems raised.

Thanks for continuing to keep me up to date on related help and other things you all find online; I don't have the spare time to browse and search the web like I used to years ago Smile
