I can't reproduce this, but anyway. I opened NO 3.2 right after opening my Macbook. I suspect the wireless network was not established. The checking for updates screen came up as a blank rectangle, and the whole NO was unresponsive. I went for a cup of coffee, came back, opened Safari (which was fine). NeoOffice was still in some kind of locked state. When I went to force quit it, it did not show up in the list as "not responding" or whatever that says.
Anyway, I force killed it and restarted and everything worked fine. The check for updates window did not open, but I did it manually and all was fine. I figured I'd report this just in case there there are other similar reports, otherwise I'm not concerned.
You ar seeing the deadlocking bug that I thought that I had fixed in the NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access 2 release. Just to be sure that you have the fix, can you select the Help :: About NeoOffice menu and tell us what version is listed in the dialog that appears? If it says NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access 2 Patch 0 (note the "2") then you have our latest code.
If you have the latest code and the hanging happens again, can you collect a sample of the NeoOffice process before you force quit it using the steps in the following NeoWiki article, create a new bug in Bugzilla, and attach the sample to the new bug?:

When you say NO 3.2, do you mean 3.0 Early Access 2?
Also, can you make sure you really have Early Access 2 installed? Go to NeoOffice > About NeoOffice, and make sure it says NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access 2 Patch 0.
If you have Early Access 2 and experience a hang again, please follow the instructions in this Wiki article to obtain a sample of NeoOffice, then file a bug in Bugzilla and attach the sample to that bug:

Ok, I did -not- have the latest - when I manually checked it did give me the upgrade. I can't reproduce the situation. When you release the next patch I'll try to turn off wireless and see if all is ok. Thanks.
