nerf, I am sorry but I must apologize. Trying to list the steps in NO 2.2.5 for you and going back over our discussions I realize that I was not following your instructions "One way to do this is to use the menu Edit :: Select All and then Edit :: Copy on a sheet that is formatted the way you like." when I was trying to do it on my spreadsheet, but I did follow them when I told you it worked in my response of 2/05 6:55 pm. The only way it works, in NO 2.2.5, is the way you suggested, to select all; then copy all ; and then special paste into the new sheet. So apparently there is no difference between the two versions and all is ok. Sorry for the wild goose chase and thanks to you and pluby's patience in your efforts to help me.

No problem at all. I am glad to know the steps are the same in both NeoOffice 2.2.5 and NeoOffice 3.0 Early Access 2.
