I've been committing a few patches that allow for Neo to be built using X11 graphics. For now the fixes are isloated to config_office, vcl, and svtools. These patches combine with Dan's commits to properly conditionalize the DrawNative*() API to be used only for Quartz (read, Aqua/Cocoa) builds.

The logic behind getting an X11 build working is that it helps make the source compile on other platforms and without X11 graphics. This can allow crazy porting fu of the DrawNative interface to be explored, but more importantly, any patches we come up with have to be safe for other platforms if they ever stand a chance of getting approved for integration into OOo Smile
