Can I somehow get NeoOffice to open a document on its last used page?

In longer documents, it's very inconvenient that you have to scroll to the page you were working on when you closed the document last time.

NeoOffice will do this automatically but you must enable this feature by selecting the Tools :: Options menu. In the dialog that appears, select the NeoOffice :: User Data item, put some text in the First Name and Last Name fields, and press the OK button.

It seems very bizarre to me that NeoOffice's underlying OpenOffice.org disables this feature if those two fields are empty, but hopefully that will work for you.

Confused I don't think that is an answer to Martin's question..

I am not sure myself about this, but you could try going through the preferences.

best wishes,
Oscar

Wow, Patrick, that's a rather strange solution, however, it works! Smile
