hello. congrats on the rollout, sounds like things are going good. Very Happy

I wanted to point out something that could be potentially confusing to the average person:

At http://neomobile.neooffice.org/mobile/price.php , the Pricing page of the NeoMobile property, the only reference made to a specific amount of donation being tied to the Donor Features is with regard to document expiration. One can infer certain things about the term length details outside of the document expiration feature, but the 100mb Upload and the Previous Version View benefits may be assumed to remain in effect for some indeterminate period of time

whereas at http://www.neooffice.org/neojava/en/donate.php , the Donate page for the NeoOffice property, the pricing structure is more clearly delineated as (bold, italics are my added emphasis):

Quote:
For each US$10 (or €8 or £6 or CA$12 or AU$13) donated within the last year, users get the following special services:

* One month of NeoOffice Mobile extra features

which makes it 100% clear that in order to maintain all of the Donor features, you must have at least $10 in your contribution bank every month.

May I respectfully suggest you update the NeoMobile Price page? As a new product roll out, I'd imagine you'd want to offer the best user experience possible and having the pricing scheme clearly stated is a good way to do that.

I am open to making changes to the NeoOffice Mobile pricing page. Do you have any suggested wording changes? If so, can you post any lines that you would like to see added, changed, or removed?

The difficulty that I had when I wrote the content for that page is that I wanted that page to include all the details of how donations restore expired documents. We wanted to note that feature as that is an important feature for the non-donors that do their first donation after uploading a file.

In essence, the restore expired documents feature makes "you must have at least $10 in your contribution bank every month" not exactly true and, instead, the statement that "you must have had at least $10 in unused donations at some point in the last month" is more accurate and is what I have been struggling to explain clearly.
