| Whenever I try to open a docx file, NeoOffice crashes on my MacBook. I'm running OSX 10.6.4. I've not had this issue until today. |

Can you attach a crash log? You can obtain a crash log using the steps in this NeoWiki article. Once we can see the crash log, then we can start trying to locate the cause of the crashing.
Once you obtain a crash log, you can attach it to your post using the step in this forum topic.

I forgot to ask one other question: does NeoOffice crash only when you try to open some specific .docx files? Or does it crash when you open any .docx file?
If the first case is true, can you attach one of the .docx files? I can then use your file to try and reproduce the crash and, if I can reproduce the crash, then I can start working on fixing it.

I have seen no reply to my post. Does this mean that you are no longer experiencing the crash that you originally reported? If so, did installing NeoOffice 3.1.2 Patch 2 stop the crashing?
