Yes, I do see it, and it seems to be equal to the previous translation. So maybe put submit the new version there as well.
Updates to the Mac App Store seem to take some unknown amount of time before the show up. I will check in a few hours that the changes show up in the Dutch Mac App Store description.
Edit: the updated Dutch is now in the Mac App Store.

On that note, I made a small error (comma too much in second sentence), and I think I'd like to add a word ('read, make and edit' instead of 'make and edit'). In the opening segment:
"NeoOffice is een compleet pakket kantoorsoftware voor Mac OS X. Met NeoOffice kunnen gebruikers tekstdocumenten, werkbladen en presentaties lezen, maken en bewerken"
I have pushed this change to the main website and updated our Mac App Store description. Note to myself: I need to add "read" to the list for the other languages later today.
Edit: "read" is now on in all of the other languages.

Its nice to know that you are learning from this. Dutch is actually fairly irregular. I can only speculate why this is, but something like Spanish is so much easier to learn. So don't let the mistakes get you down. Important to know is that infinitives (to learn - leren) and plural present (learn - leren) function pretty much the same as in English.
Sadly, the local community college does not teach Dutch so I think my German lessons make my Dutch translations sound like some horrible collision between English and German.

That does indeed explain it. Grammer in Dutch is more like English or Spanish, whereas spelling is much more like German. But you can only find a similar word in half to a third of the cases, in all others the German word will be completely different.
I've had to teach at ETH in German lately, and I've used my slides in German just as a much as a word reference than a summarising tool. _________________ "What do you think of Western Civilization?"
