Hello all:
I'm new to OS X4.1so pleae forgive my ignorance but i'm in trouble here.
When I try to open the file, ooo12 I get the error"unable to unarchive" error code2
I'm a totally new but happy mac owner. I have stuffit 9.0 and (what i beleive is X11) installed of my OS X install dvd. Also, when attempting to open the neoJ.dmg file i also get the error" The following disk images failed to mount" and then says not reconized. Help!!!!! Thanks guys, Jeff Embarassed

In the first case (the ooo112_osx_final.dmg.bz2 file)--and perhaps the Neo/J .dmg as well--it sounds like your download terminated before the file was completely downloaded.

For the OOo archive, you can check the md5sum to verify a correct and complete download; see this page for the md5sum and a link to instructions on how to generate the md5sum on your file.

For Neo/J, compare the number of bytes in the dmg (select the file and do File: Get Info or Cmd-I) to the number listed on the Neo/J downloads page.

If the files aren't the right size/don't have the right md5sum, download again with a different browser (or curl, as instructed on the Neo/J downloads page, or try the BitTorrent seed for Neo/J).

If the file size/md5sum match...we'll figure out what to try next Smile

And welcome!

Smokey
