Well folks, I have good news to report. I went to the Tiger Premiere at La Encantada 'Mall' in Tucson. I asked several folks there if they had heard of NeoOffice/J and they had. Sadly, they did not know that we are up to a Release Candidate. I suspect several of them 'came by' and got it today. So, it looks like we are well known and that we will grow....

When we go final, it might be a nice thing to put together a "demo ISO" (well, dimage since we're all os x geeks) that could contain the 1.1 final installer as well as supporting materials (perhaps a web archive of the wiki, templates, etc.). That way folks who are going to these kinds of events could just burn a few to take with them, kind of like I do when I go to conferences.

Thoughts?

BTW, I try to stay on the torrent as much as I can. Even with my 'low speed' connection, I've distributed over 2.5 copies of the RC and about two copies of Patch 3. Looks like quite a few folks are at least taking a look at the RC. The Final should be very busy. Also, I'm working on getting a build up of the lastest. Looks like I'm going to be busy.
