Hi people,
I've just downloaded the latest patch so I can pick up the great new Spotlight importer.
I've scoured the site but haven't been able to find a list of other fixes included in release candidate patch 4.
Can somebody point me in the right direction or make me feel like a nob by supplying some obvious link?

We track this in the wiki (so it's one less thing Patrick has to do with his time)  We also don't list every bug that was fixed, but if you're really curious, you can go to Bugzilla and look for bugs last updated the day of the patch release (because Patrick adds a note that they were fixed by Patch-N).
Note that the latest patch also contains all the fixes of all the previous patches (listed further down on the wiki page).
