I've been its heir and have been trying to coax it to work. Right now the problem, as Martijn pointed out to me, isn't necessarily in the system itself but in the DNS. The actual "www.ooodocs.org" address is forwarding to:
http://ooodocs.sourceforge.net/
You'll probably find that the above works when the other doesn't. I'm going to try to coordinate with the DNS runner to try and find out what's up

Hi, the oodocs.org URL is referenced heavily here and on the main OOo site in pages about Mac OS X. There are no forums there - it is a domain reseller with what looks like a paid-search-only search engine attached. I couldn't find anything relevant to testing or supporting Mac OS X.
Looks like all references to ooodocs.org should be replaced by links to http://ooodocs.sourceforge.net/
I suspect that the ooodocs.org domain wasn't renewed and got picked up by a scavenger.
Would it be possible to have the OOo pages and this sticky note updated to reflect a working URL, please? I'll happily submit URLs I can find that refer to oodocs.org to any testing forum  |
