It should hopefully be alive again. Not quite sure what deep sixed it (happened around 6:30PM). Perhaps it was the london broil I put in the oven...

Hmmm. I cannot resolve the IP address of cvs.neooffice.org. It worked OK last night, however.

Yup, DNS died again. I'll have to start looking at what this machine is doing. I rebooted it again so it should be functional again.

Found it.
I accidentally had shifted things around such that the spacebar key on the keyboard was being held down, causing its scheduled reboots to not complete fully. It should be OK now that I've removed the obstruction (a CD on top of a buffalo goring warning you get when you enter Yellowstone )
