A4 paper size

Hi,

How do i set the default paper size to A4 permanently?

I live in the UK.
I am using NeoOffice on the Mac and Open Office on a PC.

Appologies if this has been asked already, i did a search but couldn't see anything useful.

IIRC, NOJ should just adopt the default system setting (System Preferences>Print And Fax - or whatever the equivalent was in earlier versions of OS X prior to 10.4).

If you are using an old document created and saved in a non-A4 format either change the setting under File>Printer Settings... or for each page, under Format>Page...

At first it may have looked like a silly question, but i don't have a printer on my Mac and transfer files to my PC to print. So i had never touched my Macs printer preferences and hence didn't know where to look!

Now i know where to look in the future.
