I am trying to print a spreadsheet that was created on 8.1/2 x 14 page to an 8.1/2 x 11 printer. All I need to do to make the width fit is ouput a 79%, but I can not find an option to do this when printing from Neo. If I set my printer settings to 79%-it just prints out the pages @79%, but still with the last 2 columns of the pages missing. I have tried selecting the cells that I want to print, and defining print range, but to no avail. Can some one give me the tip here? Thanks.

Did you see my response to your spreadsheet printing question in the other thread? I think that my suggestions there may help here too (e.g. you may not be taking into account the size of the non-printing margins of the page in your 79% reduction...)

JKT-

This doesn't work for me. When I go toFile -->Printer Settings-I choose Letter-Landscape When I go back to the spreadsheet it shows a horizontal blue line border, but not a vertical blue line. If I go to View-->SHow Page break I can see the blue vertical line and movie it, but it still doesn't show me the entire page when I preview it nor does it print the entire page when I go to print. What am I missing here? Thanks 4 your help.

My bad... I think you probably need to go to Preferences>Spreadsheet>View and check the Page Breaks button as well. These will only show up in your new and old sheets once you have selected your Printer Settings... values. You'll get slightly thicker grey borders around the printable cells that represent the page dimensions.

Cheers,

Jonathan

(Note, I've added this comment to the other thread too so if anyone is searching they'll see all the info in one place if they find that other thread).
