So, I sat down tonight and spent, um, let's not mention how long and wrote up a first draft of how to go about translating the Wiki, from beginning the process to the actual minutiæ of ensuring the pages all link back to their various versions in other languages, and so forth.
I'd really like some comments, to make sure it sounds complete and doesn't sound "heavy-handed" and what-not, and also for val to add some tips for doing the actual translation and best practices, since he's the only one who's translated any pages yet.
(I've also listed Val and Max as co-heads of the French wiki team, because Max is an early and long-time contributor to the NeoWiki and he was the first person to mention we should have a French translation, even though he hasn't done any of the French translation so far. If Max doesn't want to be involved in managing the French wiki, he can say no )
