Greetings One and All,
I upgraded to the 1.1 version back in June and haven't updated
since but I recently tried to do the 1.8 update but the updater wouldn't recognize that version 1.1 was installed on my computer. I just tried the 1.9 update with the same results. When I go through the process of installing and I get to select a destination, it brings up both of my partitions with a red ! on each of them. I might add I've updated previous versions of NeoOffice prior to 1.1 with no trouble. Do you know what could be causing this anomaly? Please help if you can.
Sincerely,
Tinker
P.S. I'm using a G5 with Dual 2.5 Ghz processors, 1.25 bus speed, 1 GB
ram, 160 GB internal and a 160 GB External HD, a internal superdrive and
a external superdrive running 10.3.9 of OS X.[/img]
First, are you sure you're running 1.1 final and not 1.1 RC? What does the "About" box say?
I think there have been reports that the Performance Test Patches (1.8, etc.) require 1.1 final and (unlike Patch-0) won't work on 1.1 RC with Patch-8.

Also, have you moved NeoOffice/J from its default location at all (/Applications) - if so, that may be the problem. _________________ PBG4, 1.5GHz, SuperDrive, 1GB RAM, 128MB VRAM, 5400rpm 80GB HD, MacOS X 10.4.5
