NeoOffice 1.2 Patch 6 on Tiger 10.4.3

My spreadsheets often use different coloured text, the toolbar button shows which colour the cell should be but the sheet only shows black. OK for the model T Ford but difficult to work with on a spreadsheet Smile

Cannot change the shown text colour on new spreadsheets or new text docs either. In all cases the toolbar button shows the set colour.

Looks as if I'll have to go back to Neo 1.1 again for a few more weeks.
The menu bar redraw problem is still there too.

No worries, 1.1 is fine
Have a Great Xmas & New Year Guys.

Sounds like corrupted preferences. Since you are running Neo/J 1.1, Neo copied those preferences to create its preferences. This makes me think that the likely cause is my "copy preferences" code. We have already found a few of these types of bugs in bug 1167.

Can you try the following?:

1. Quit Neo and Neo/J.
2. Move both of the following folders. This will force Neo to create new preference files without importing your Neo/J 1.1 preferences:
~/Library/Preferences/NeoOffice-1.x
~/Library/NeoOfficeJ-1.1
3. Run Neo.
4. Move your ~/Library/NeoOfficeJ-1.1 back so you that still have your old preferences for Neo/J 1.1.

If the bug no longer occurs, can you create a new bug in Bugzilla and, after you create the bug, attach a zip file of the ~/Library/Preferences/NeoOffice-1.x folder that you moved in step 2 above?
