An extra / shows up in URLs along the way which confuses the php script. For instance, on auto-mail-notify e-mails, I'll get a URL like <http://bugzilla.neooffice.org//bug.php?op=show&bugid=15>.

This shows the bug all right. But suppose i want to log in on that page. It won't work because the form is set to submit to a funny URL and it will go to a different nonexistent page, so I have to go to the front page or manually edit the extra / out and resubmit.

I think this bug shows up elsewhere occasionally. Sounds like a config entry is set wrong somewhere....
