I have tried to download this patch from the planamesa site several times, but there appears to be an error in the link. It fails on every occasion. Please post a new one....Thanks.

Moved to Fuzkd Servers as this appears to be a server problem
Looks like the server team has to reload this patch.

Did someone fix that already? At least for me it works (did not a full dl, but it starts and progresses in safari).
