need help getting neo to run...

I have given up on trying to build it for now (it keeps dying at some odd places Terry already let me know that I am hosed for now on the build). I do have a download of Thomas's build of Neo and I can not for the life of me get it to fire over. All the details are in the comments section of the announcement Schlesi put up on the home page here.

Any advice?
