Ed,
Several users (including myself) have tried to register new user accounts in Trinity and the confirmation e-mail never shows up.
I think this problem has been happening since you restored Trinity after it got hacked.

This is most likely due to the security upgrades I did to Trinity. The registration code is some custom PHP code I patched in, so i'll check the error logs and see where I broke it.
Also note that trinity does not have reverse DNS set up for it yet, so some providers' spam filters may block the registration requests.

OK, I fixed up some bogus code and cleaned off a bunch of space (disk usage was at 100%). Try registering again. Hopefully some of the queued registration requests will go through the system now.

The registration mail issue that I fixed would only affect registrations for trinity. The bugzilla/phpbb system's registration mail is handled by a different server at the moment as set up by Dan.
