A few details

All praise but there's this one thing that really bugs me in Neo Office (1.2 BP3) : the warnings I keep getting when I want to do an 'inbetween' save whilst writing. I keep getting these warnings regarding my file type, and I just want my work to be saved and be able to carry on. [In that respect, doing apple S in my old WP2 or WP3 for Mac gave a lot less worries. But then again, I'm only using Office because people have made it the standard against better judgement.]

Secondly, might I suggest devising a new icon for Neo Office that stands out more clearly in the Mac OS X Dock ? I'm always confused with other software who use a circular icon with a vague graphic or drawing...

Apart from that, I was also a wee bit disappointed by the Neo Office interface feeling so "pc" instead of "mac", but that's just a minor, nay petty detail amidst my praise to all you Open Sourcers... Sail on ye !

You are complaining about a version we released nearly two years ago? I would think you would try the current version first as even by the screen snapshot on our front page you can see that we implemented Aqua a year after NeoOffice 1.2 was released.

Besides, I think the filetype warning has been made less prominent in the 2.0 series of OpenOffice.org, on which NeoOffice 2.0 is based.

if I remember correctly, you could disable the warning in the 1.x series. you definitely can in 2.x...
