PageView is hung on page two of sheet 2. How can the document be 'unlocked'? Or has it to be copied/pasted? |

?
What do you mean by "Page View"?
If you have a document that has been marked "read-only" (I assume that's what you mean by "locked") you may want to try locating the document in the Finder, choosing File > Get Info, and then make sure both the "Locked" checkbox under the "General" settings is unchecked as well as that you have "Read & Write" selected in the "Ownership & Permissions" section.

PagePreview is used to format SpreadSheets for printing.
The spreadsheet consists of 4 sheets. At present only Sheet 2 can be previewed prior to printing. If the document is Printed only Sheet 2 is printed.
Other things are also wrong.
Can't Cut/Paste document as the date changes from 05 to 09.
Can't 'Inset Cells'
If a cell is used it gains a red border |

Are you usingthe latest patch (15)? Assuming that you are using version 2.0 Beta 3?
Page Preview window has forward/backward buttons for moving between pages.
If you are printing "directly" using the printer icon in the toolbar, you are by-passing the print preferences step. Use the File>Print command instead. I think you'll find you have your preferences set to 'Print only selected sheets'. This may also be default selected in NeoOffice>Preferences>NeoOffice Calc>Print. Direct printing via the icon uses the last used printer setting (which will always be the default setting if you have never printed via the File>Print menu item.)
Trust this helps. _________________ Ray Saunders
