Please explain this, I have my number format set to 2 decimals, for the sheet, I get the following numbers from a calculation; 2.25, 2.00, 1.27, and 1.17 when I sum them with the sum function I get 6.68. I have a sum for each additional number, all is correct until the final addition of 5.52 + 1.17. If I type the numbers in a different column, I get 6.69. Please advise, thanks

You have set your cell format to two decimal places. However, I suspect that the real values in those cells is more than two decimal places so with the two decimal formatting, you only see the first two decimals places and the rest are not shown. The formula that sums these cells, however, uses the full value of the cell.
If you want each cell value to be rounded to two decimal places, you need to have each cell use the ROUND() formula.
